Overall Satisfaction with IBM Watson Discovery for Salesforce

It is helpful in providing smart automation suggestions and helping better set up our processes. I think it has some good intel and has a lot of fun. I think automation and intelligence will help companies make smarter and better decisions to better suit the consumer. I think it will help businesses make sound decisions and help consumers stay engaged in new ways. I think they have a lot of interesting ways to change businesses that are stuck in their old ways and not thinking of new ways to do things. Stuff like that would really help. I think it is all nice things.

IBM Watson Discovery for salesforce stacks up really well against the other products. It provides higher, better, and faster insight and capabilities than other options. We evaluated the return on investment and saw how great it would be to use for what we have. I think it has been a great investment and worthwhile.

It is well suited to help with automation and artificial intelligence solutions. This provides a lot of help and insight into how we should best position and utilizes our software. They are advanced and so helpful in making our processes smoother. They have a lot of good features. For one-off emails, we don't need IBM Watson Discovery, but for longer campaigns, it is super helpful to have.
