Overall Satisfaction with IBM watsonx.ai
IBM watsonx.ai is our core enterprise AI platform. It supports use cases ranging from AI service assistant , enterprise search, and training AI masters students. We use it provide AI Gvernance services across our range of AI use cases whether in Watsonx or in other tools like Azure OpenAI. We have publicly available generative tools supported by IBM watsonx.ai.
Pros
- AI Governance of all business AI use cases
- Rich platform for creating all enterprise AI solutions
Cons
- I would love it to provide more low-code or no-code options so we could offer Watsonx to non-developer staff and students instead of ChatGPT or Copilot.
- They should have a natural language interface to the AI Assistant analytics so that there is no need to graph these outside Watson.
- Similarly, the 30 day limit on conversation data is limiting and drives us to build reporting outsdie IBM watsonx.ai.
- 67,000 conversations in 2024
- 40% of conversations are sales-related
- Customer satisfaction high with only 4% unhappy.
I find IBM watsonx.ai a great tool. However the real differentitor are IBM's people. No other AI company wil provide access to such amazing high quality people. They will promise it, but not deliver. IBM is an AI consultancy, as well a being IBM watsonx.ai. The other companies are all software-only. This makes a huge difference when you want to get benefits fast.
Support rich conversations on all topics with our custoemrs in multiple languages 24/7/365 at a level that makes them happy
IBM watsonx.ai has a far richer an more poowerful toolset for running scale AI services.
