IBM watsonx.ai is currently being used in two areas of support and operations, 1. we are leveraging the IBM watsonx.ai chatbot capabilities to deliver the self-service and level zero (L0). 2. We are also using IBM watsonx.ai to AI capabilities to help our support teams to automatically create support knowledge for internal teams and external clients.
