Use Cases and Deployment Scope

HR employees are the only internal users who access the system. We're using it for applicant tracking and job posting. Solves the problem of reporting for AAP/EEO and OFCCP requirements. Also streamlines recruitment efforts in terms of our integration with JobTarget for aggregation.

Alternatives Considered

Taleo wasn't on the list... But iCIMS is a more simple, direct, user-friendly platform. Taleo has greater configurability and capability to customize on the back-end, which is helpful for more complex organizations.

iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite is well suited to the talent acquisition side of HR, but not well suited for a more broad HCM platform (which I believe at one point was something they considered expanding into). It's well suited to integrate with other talent acquisition providers as well (background checks, comp credits, aggregators, I-9/eVerify, etc.).
