Overall Satisfaction with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Software Suite
We currently use iCIMS Recruit for our experienced and campus recruiting needs for the entire organization. It has allowed us to keep track of all open requisitions and provides a simple candidate experience with easy job site integrations.

- Cost reduction compared to our last ATS.
- Flexible solution and can swap solutions/services throughout the contract as needs change.
Jobvite was our last ATS that has better marketing/CRM solutions, however, we experienced negative customer service and decided to switch to iCIMS for a similar price point. We are in the process of moving to Workday Recruit as our new ATS which doesn't offer as much customization, however, is integrated with our HRIS and provides better continuity of the candidate/employee journey.
