Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used several products with iCIMS and are extremely happy with iCIMS Recruit and TextRecruit. iCIMS has allowed us to streamline processes and allow our Human Resources Team and Hiring Managers access to the system to keep track of and engage the thousands of candidates who have expressed interest in our organization. The texting capabilities have reduced the time it takes us to connect with interested parties and through text campaigns, we have been able to re-engage past talent and passive candidates.

Support provided is top notch.
Training videos and articles are fantastic for new users and those needing a refresher.
iCIMS is constantly enhancing their product line to meet client needs.

Cons

We were not thrilled with TextApply capabilities but love TextRecruit!

Return on Investment

Reduce time to fill openings.
Increased candidate flow through partnerships with companies like Indeed.
More efficient recruitment process.
