Overall Satisfaction with Iconosquare

Iconosquare is used in our marketing department for social media purposes. Iconosquare is used to track and capture Instagram analytics that contribute to larger social media reports as they relate to followers, engagement rates, reach, impressions, likes, and so on. The platform also has Facebook capabilities, but we strictly use it for Instagram.
  • Monitoring Instagram data
  • Compiling data into comprehensive reports
  • Only includes Instagram and FB, so can be limiting in social programs that are more robust
  • Ability to make better decisions based on analytics
  • Saves time with prescheduling services
Like other social media management platforms, Iconosquare has many similar features that allow for better Instagram management and monitoring. I'd say that for brands with a large focus on Instagram, or those looking to catapult their Instagram profile, Iconosquare is for you. For those looking for more robust social media management platforms that include other channels, Iconosquare might not be the platform for you.
We never had a problem with customer support, nor really needed it. The UX of the site was easy to follow and simple to use.

Iconosquare is also a great platform for those looking to better manage their Instagram—features such as scheduling posts, getting a preview of feeds, importing pictures in bulk, and so on, can all help visually inform your brand's account.
