Overall Satisfaction with Ideanote

I am an Agile coach. In my capacity I help organizations improve how the IT and business work together to increase business agility, collaboration and innovation.
  • Solicits input from a wide variety of users
  • Provides a structure workflow for the capture, evaluation and implementation of ideas
  • Provides a great visual of the status of ideas
  • The ability to add custom score calculations would be a powerful add for evaluating ideas
  • Too soon to tell but I anticipate it will have a positive impact as we will finally have a single source of truth for ideas and the status of each.
To be honest, I have not seen an application like IdeaNote. There are many applications that allow you to create Kanban boards; but none of them also include a workflow process that standardizes how ideas are captured and tracked through to implementation.

In fact, I have already recommended it.
The Scaled Agile framework recommends the use of a Portfolio Kanban for tracking the status of business epics being managed by an organization. I have implemented this Kanban board in IdeaNote and it is a perfect fit.
