Overall Satisfaction with Ideanote

Ideanote is used by all departments across the organization. It sure makes it easy and productive for our team to collect, share, develop, and act on ideas that streamline processes with evident progress. Its structured design and instant ideation features are what make Ideanote stand out from the competition. We've ultimately gone from hatching and collecting new ideas to acting upon such ideas, thereby helping our team and our clients, drive all missions forward.
  • It makes collection of opinions super easy especially from within or outside the organization.
  • Makes for an intuitive collaboration tool.
  • Easy to track ideas and its progress.
  • The insight features ensure a true picture of the health metrics of the ideas collected and lets you implement those ideas or opinions either based on engagement and/or votes.
  • To be candid, for our use case, it works just perfect. However...
  • It could use an improvement in its white-labeling feature by allowing for a total customization of the landing page.
  • It has actually boosted our employee morale, involvement, performance and engagement by up to 90%.
  • Management's recognition and thirst for collaboration and employee involvement in certain decision processes have tripled, if not quadrupled.
None. This is the first and only product in the innovation management space that I use. I started using Ideanote while working at Weatherford about 4 years when they launched and now I use it on a personal note for collecting ideas, feedback, and opinions on startup ideas I have and MVPs I am currently working on.
