Not used by myself but the Monitoring Team felt it easy to navigate and add new use cases.
Helped in saving efforts initially, then, with time, the intelligence kicked in post-integration with our various monitoring tools. This minimized the alerts coming to the Command Center Team. Enabled automation on key technology across the landscape supported.

Change management was minimal - Since it was for the service that the supplier provided there was not need much. But, for the upcoming scope, which involves my team, I am planning for change management.

Configuration is more complex than trigonometry but the professional services did it well.
Factor in additional costs for the resources, please.
Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - This as per the team is needed in the context of the chosen use case.
Yes - we have added extensive custom code - Yes, we needed to add, as per the reviews, onto the design and the Product Team does not support that.
All the use cases deployed need customization.

The sales team lagged the technical depth .We escalated and the implementation team on the ground was savvy making it easy for us to decide.
The professional services team was excellent and had the patience to handle numerous questions and concerns.
Be clear that you need to invest in some additional funds prior to kick-starting AIops for change management.
