Overall Satisfaction with ignio AIOps

ignio is widely used in our organization. We are using this automated tool for the closure of incidents and requests hitting our support queues, and self-heal occurring incidents without any problems.
  • ignio handles 100+ use cases covering the entire organization including applications and infrastructure.
  • Centralize the dashboard to view and executed the health of systems in our environment.
  • It handles CA services desk Incidents and requests. Using automated tools with power shell scripts.
  • ignio event management helps the organization to manage the alerts well and make an informed decision.
  • Limitation of Lawson coverage.
  • Limitation of support for web logic and other middleware applications.
  • ignio is currently providing around 40% of coverage over the whole organization with 90% efficiency.
  • ignio is providing the coverage for non-business hours ,which help our onsite team.
Best and always helping us in any issues or implementing new use cases through ignio. No complaints at all.

We are using around 100+ use cases, which is helping our business operation keep the system healthy.
ignio takes care of end-to-end Incidents like finding the issue and raising the incident and resolving/self-healing the incident. ignio will provide a dashboard/report at the end for review. ingio also does end-to-end patching(Windows, Linux).
