Overall Satisfaction with Image Relay

I use Image Relay for asset management, both print and digital. It is a great tool for archiving work as you have the ability to link files to several folders, depending on who/what needs to access that specific piece of art. I also use it for file sharing within my company and outside my organization. This is a very streamlined way to work as linked art can be updated easily within Image Relay, so there is no need to delete and replace files.

Pros

  • Provide ways to organize folders easily.
  • Fast uploads.
  • Quick customer service feedback.

Cons

  • It's sometimes hard to tell where multiple copies of files live in order to stay organized.
  • It's not clear to someone like me, who isn't in charge of our account, who can move and delete files internally.
  • There is no "set" rule for organization, so things get messy within coworkers folders.
  • Great asset management tool.
  • Reduced human error and time in providing a way to easily update existing art.
  • Image Relay customer service is fast and always very friendly and helpful.
Image Relay is much more user friendly. It is also much easier to upload files to Image Relay.
Image Relay is a user-friendly platform that provides easy ways to upload and download files, as well as share files, and update art.
Every time I've reached out to customer service, I always hear back within 20 minutes, and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Image Relay is well suited for asset management, archiving art, and sharing files with others. It may be less appropriate for organizations that are not well organized, as the platform can get disorganized by those using it if there is not a clear plan for usage.
