Overall Satisfaction with Impact (formerly Impact Radius)

Impact is a well-known tool in the field of affiliate or influencer marketing. We are also using it in our organization for many years to give special offers to our end users in a monetary format. We use its various APIs to get current running offers and promote these among our users.
  • Impact has so many campaigns running and these are available in nearly all regions
  • Quality of offers are much better comparing to its competitors
  • Campaigns descriptions and other Terms are mentioned clearly
  • Tracking is fast
  • User interface could be a little upgraded
  • Must apply to all the advertisers individually and wait for their approval
  • They should simplify the on boarding process
  • Instant tracking is reliable and efficient
  • Campaigns details and transparency
  • Single publisher account for different campaigns
  • It helped us to increase the ROI on promotional campaigns
  • Its tracking and analytics gives our end users a positive confidence
  • Sometimes delayed payments affect our campaigns negatively
  • TUNE (formerly HasOffers) and Affise

According to me, Impact might not be suited well for small publishers or having less experience in the field of influencer or affiliate marketing, on the other hand, it is good for experienced publishers or publishers with global customer sets, as they have so many campaigns for different countries. However, one could definitely give it a try.
