Overall Satisfaction with ImpartnerPRM

We used Impartner as a partner portal, allowing resellers to submit deal registrations that we can then process within our Salesforce instance. We integrated it with Salesforce and were easily able to process deal registrations and build our channel business quickly and easily. Our channel business went from near zero to nearly half of all our business
  • Ease of use when building a portal and administering users
  • Allows logging in as reseller users which makes testing and troubleshooting easy
  • Support from the Impartner team was really useful
  • The UI and portal builder is a little dated, could use an update
  • It's somewhat limited in what it can do, would like to see additional features

  • Built our channel business from nothing to nearly half our business
Salesforce was too expensive for us at the time and required too much customization and internal strain at the time. We ended up choosing Salesforce over Impartner later on once our channel business was more established and we had more resources internally. Impartner was more simple and easy to deploy than Salesforce, which is why we chose it when we had fewer resources

Salesforce Experience Cloud (formerly Salesforce Community Cloud), Gong.io, Outreach, Clari, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Impartner is great for smaller channel businesses and basic partner portals. It can be easy to scale and build something that works for a more mature business, but the simple features and basic functionality can be beaten when looking at other options, like a Salesforce portal. With a larger channel business, it may make more sense to look at other options, but for a channel business that is less strong, Impartner is the way to go
