Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Hiring Platform

Indeed hiring platform is used by my recruiting team to find new candidates to fill open positions. It makes it very easy to find qualified applicants, as well as screen applicants using the screening questions. Indeed also gives me the ability to do an initial phone screen within indeed, which doesn’t use any of my own time. Overall, indeed speeds up the recruiting process.

Indeed hiring is a great option for small organizations that don’t use other HR software platforms, since indeed can be used as an all-in-one hiring platform. If a company uses other HR software systems, they will want to make sure that indeed will integrate fully with the systems that they use, or risk having to do some manual reviewing of indeed to ensure that all applicants are being transferred to their other HR platforms.
