Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

we have been able to use Indeed as a recruitment tool in ways we didn't know were possible. They are very customer-focused, helpful, and patient with us as we continue to learn and grow. I am thankful to have them on our site and look forward to the continued partnership.

Cons

  • having to constantly notify the reps when changes are made that impact the budget
  • not being able to see the budget allocations
  • not able to see the daily spend for jobs
  • help us manage costs
  • sometimes impacts the number of candidates we get - budget not high enough we won't get the exposure we need
Our representatives are very patient with the changes we make, which are pretty frequent. They help my team understand how to use Indeed better, and propose better ways to go about using it.
I like that on LinkedIn Jobs you can post a job for an entire state or general region of a state.
