Overall Satisfaction with Indeed Sponsored Jobs

We need higher candidate flow and believe sponsored jobs bring increased attention.

  • More transparency on the calculation so we can adjust
  • We are all competing for the same talent so it becomes a race of adding money vs. value to jobs.

we've had to use linkedin mostly for sourcing.
We have had terrible support from our rep. We have asked for a replacement and have been denied. It seems like they just want money and then does not provide assistance or support in resolving issues. there is no transparency to the processor problems.
Linkedin is far more effective except for hourly jobs.

It has worked well for manufacturing roles. It has not worked for restaurant roles and salaried jobs. It oftentimes posts the wrong location or adds incorrect dollar amounts.
