Indeed Sponsored Jobs has been a true asset to the company and to my role as a recruiter. We get more than 4X the number of quality applicants than before and are able to manage our time and resources more efficiently by utilizing the tools that Indeed Sponsored Jobs offers. The account representatives and tech support agents are always available to answer our questions and they truly put forth all of their efforts to work with us and our business needs on both a personal and professional level. I highly recommend Indeed Sponsored Jobs.
Pros
- Suggests and invites candidates based on our established criteria.
- Markets our job postings to a broader area to attract more candidates.
- Offers an abundance of recruiting tools to make our job easier.
Cons
- Allow making a "custom question" a "deal-breaker". Many companies have set requirements as policies for employment. This would save time with "no-fit" candidates. For example, Covid-19 Vaccination for healthcare workers is state-mandated but we still get unvaccinated applicants or applicants who just skip the question.
- Applicant quality.

- Higher return than investment (we are a temp agency).
