Influitive is used as our Customer Community platform to give customers a platform to engage and learn from each other and get rewarded for their efforts. We also use Influitive's platform to fulfill references, provide opportunities to share social content, peer reviews, and provide product and company education.
  • Provides a simple user interface for customers to engage in discussions
  • Provides platform for rewarding customers for engagement
  • Influitive provides a strong administration and management platform to manage all activities and challenges.
  • Provides strong reporting on engagement and rewards redemption
  • Excellent Customer Success Manager to help us grow and provide the best platform for our customers.
  • The discussions board could be better organized by topic or at least provide customers the option to customize how to structure it.
  • Reference Automation tool is limited and still elementary in nature compared to its competitors.

We have the best Customer Success Manager. We also get quick support when driving new initiatives.
We use the platform for customer advocacy and community building. This has been a fantastic way to scale our advocacy program and engagement for customers who use the products across our pillars.

Influitive provides an excellent platform for our customers to get to know each other and drive their own discussions and engagement while getting rewarded. It is also an excellent way to gather customer voice to bring back to your organization to ensure your customers are successful. The opportunities to engage customers in your business are endless.
