Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

When I came to the organization we were already using Influitive to run our consumer ambassador community, but it didn't have much organization or really a true ROI. Since then. I have taken over the program and done some major upgrades to the user flow. Influitive has given our consumer "super-users" a place where they feel welcome to ask questions and express their love for Keeper. Since then we have launched a business ambassador community and now run a 2-tier program. Our users have given us the feedback that they love to complete challenges, hear company and product announcements first, and be a reference for us to new customers. I love Influitive because it makes it easy to collect reviews, share product updates, and make the users that have been with us for years and years feel special. Influitive is a platform where you can do all of that and more in one place.

Influitive created a community for our company I didn't even know was possible. It has fueled our beta program and given our users a sense of ownership of the product. In turn, it has given our tech team and a marketing team a chance to talk to customers and build a robust product roadmap. I'm so happy we chose Influitive.
During the COVID-19 pandemic when I wasn't going to the office to fulfill swag orders, our customers started redeeming free product more than ever. They were trying our add-on features they have never purchased before and giving honest feedback. This has helped us improve our product road map as well as fuel our beta program.

Intuitive would be a great program if you're looking for a place to educate your customers and build advocacy. We've found that our customers love to redeem their challenge points for free products as well as swag. If your company could benefit from building true community around your products Influitive is a great platform for you. I especially have appreciated their dedicated customer support.
