I learned to use Influitive at my company where I persuade new authors to join my company. This app has been amazing because it does something not many apps do and that is to generate user feedback by writing a response to submitting a screenshot and promoting something on social media which are all great tools for a new startup like my company.

I have used Influitive for customer advocacy and not so much for community building because I am in the early stages of trying to retain new customers for my company but I can see how it will benefit me in the long run when it comes to community building and retaining new customers in the long run.
I think that Influitive has been an amazing app and the fact that they acquired PostBeyond shows that they have teeth in the game and are expanding their grasp on the customer retention and advocacy market. This app has really flourished and will continue to do for the time being because it has done a good job at retaining new customers for my new business.
