Overall Satisfaction with Influitive

We are the first company in our industry to launch a gamified digital community for our customers. My company was looking to educate, engage and inspire our customer base to be active in activities like share best practices and industry insights. Having a marketing tool like Influitive was able to take a basic concept of onboarding customer and educating them to a more fun, engaged level of participation. We are able to see the customer journey through a different lens.
  • Instant gratification alert: what normally took months or still pending answers to big asks, sometimes happens in less than an hour or in real time.
  • The software itself is user friendly and visually appealing. Being a past customer, I have only seen it get better and better from 5 years ago.
  • The customer service at Influitive is a 5 star experience. Every moving part is a positive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Meaghan, Dylan, Diana and Brent are the best and I couldn't have done this without them!
  • I wish I had some, but honestly I don't right now. When you are a happy customer, its hard to come up with something.
  • Since we just launched, I do not currently have an ROI statement to share but my company is confident that we will have a statement after a year of being active.
I am a returning customer mostly because of the customer service support I have gotten. To say the overall product, strategic guidance and support in customer advocacy has matured over the past 5 years is an understatement. Not only do I feel supported, I feel like they are running right next to me and uplifting me in the ways I need the assistance. Most community managers who build from the ground up like I have, need that kind of support in order for the hub to thrive. Influitive made sure I had a strong (and patient) people behind me ptr and post launch of my program. Unlike other vendors, they do not leave you high and dry after launch. I am getting natured post launch in a way that I know my hub will continue to succeed.
At first, my company was only going to be using the customer advocacy tool. After reviewing closely, we decided to add community building and it was a great decision. Having both is like peanut butter and jelly, it just goes really well together.
To be fair to the buying process, I looked into every kind of platform (advocacy, community, etc.). Other vendors were either outdated in practices/product or most importantly, they didn't have the capabilities of half of what Influitive tools offer.

Besides being a great product, the customer service is untouchable. From beginning to end, I have had great technical and administrative support in a fast manor.
