Overall Satisfaction with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine)

We use Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) as our main material database to make our OEM equipment. We make our machines out of plate, so every piece gets a part number, routing, and materials. Jobs have exceeded a few thousand parts. With Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine), routing them to where they need to go and what materials they are made of tie seamlessly into our shop. It's also able to handle plugins with other software to cut down on the data entry and direct digital files out on the shop floor.

Yes

It's an easy enough software to use and it allows for light to heavy customization for the products you are trying to get out of it. We are a heavy user of it, but it would work just as well in a simpler implementation where it would be easy to maintain.
We have our own support team that deals with them; I am an end user
It is well suited in any manufacturing shop or any place that requires large-scale tracking of items. We use it where we are constantly entering new items, but it would also be well suited for an environment where the same items are used over and over or stocked.
