Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Infor CSI is used across departments and sites company wide. It is used for supply chain/operations, customer service, service and accounting. It is not our shipping solution though. The software allows us to to easily share data across departments for daily transactions and reporting.

It is an easy solution to use as a vanilla software out of the box, but can still configure the design for specific usability requests to meet business requirements.

Support Rating

Concierge is difficult to use but if you email support they are quick to respond.

Likelihood to Recommend

Infor CSI is an easy application to configure to the business needs and for the users to personalize the setup based on their preferences. The forms are well laid out so finding information is easy especially material transactions. Calculating a safety stock is lacking and so is a forecasting and shipping solution.
