Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Our organization as a whole is utilizing the social engineering tools provided by InfoSec. By utilizing InfoSec's social engineering toolset we are able to run various phishing and training campaigns. With these tools, we are able to keep our users trained and aware at all times. The grading system and automated grouping is a real game changer.

InfoSec had the same tools available to us as KnowBe4, but the Sales team was a pleasure to work with. Also, the solution is more cost-effective for what we were looking for. You are able to grow with the product as time goes on versus, at KnowBe4, we were being hard sold on the most expensive feature-packed package.

InfoSec can be utilized by all companies and all industries. In this world of technology, there are various ways that scammers will try to scam users/companies. With the toolset provided by InfoSec, companies can rest a little easier knowing they are training their staff to understand how a scam looks and not to be part of a simulated scam.

Infosec IQ Support

From the beginning, Infosec has been great in terms of support. From sales to implementation, to follow up they have exceeded our expectations. The CSM model they have really provides a white glove type service at an affordable and cost-effective price. We have had to call support on a matter but they have been great to work with in that regard as well.

Using Infosec IQ

There is definitely a learning curve to their toolset. As a result of the extensive number of tools available to you, there is a lot to learn. It does become intuitive after several uses but it definitely can seem like an undertaking. Their support makes up for the confusion that can occur when utilizing their systems.
