I use InfoSec IQ daily. We use a phishing button on outlook that helps our company employee to report a possibly phishing/scam email immediately and we can easily get all the information about the email.

Secondly, we test the phishing awareness monthly within the organization.

Emails should be originated from one domain. Easy to whitelist on mail server.
