Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We are using Infosec IQ globally across our business. The main feature we are using is the PhishSim, with plans to roll out the PhishNotify tool as well. We are using it to run phish campaigns on our users, in order to identify where targeted education is needed and identify any divisions or departments we need to focus on.
  • Many templates already exist, in many different languages
  • Extensive Knowledge Base
  • Easy to use
  • A lot of customization available to suit individual needs
  • More customization over the PhishNotify Outlook add-in would be helpful, although we already talking with Infosec IQ to see if our required functionality can be added
  • Allowed us to identify users of concern and provide targeted education, and then test them again at a later date to see if they had learned
It does what we need it to, and anywhere it doesn't, they will try to help resolve it.
Emails are answered within a reasonable time frame and they do seem to be customer focused.

If you want to run phish simulations on your users, this tool provides exactly what is needed, with the ability to customize to specific needs. They also seem to have quite an extensive User Awareness material available too which can be tied in with the campaigns, although we are not using this functionality.
