Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

InfoSec IQ is being used across the entire organisation to provide Information Security Awareness trainings to all users, as well as Phishing simulation and education. It has proven to be effective in gauging the company's risk exposure to phishing attacks, while providing the education to mitigate the risk. It has also been effective in delivering security awareness trainings so far.

Pros

  • Relevant training content.
  • Cloud-based delivery.
  • Phishing Simulation.

Cons

  • Integration of Phishing simulation to Gmail needs to improve to eliminate warning pop-ups.
  • Admins should be able to wipe training data used for testing while setting up the solution.
  • Users love the videos as they communicate security topics in a fun and relatable way.
We evaluated ProofPoint but did not like the delivery of their trainings.
It is very easy to use and we haven't had to provide extra support to users to complete the security training and assessments. However, would appreciate more robust reports with better data presentation.
Support is very responsive as we have a dedicated Customer satisfaction manager who we can contact by direct email for any form of support.

InfoSec IQ is best suited for an environment where it is difficult to pull teams out of their work schedule to attend trainings or workshops. InfoSec IQ delivers training contents to individuals, while allowing the flexibility of taking the training course at a convenient time within a chosen time frame.

It is less suited for customised trainings where physical activities or feedbacks are required.
