Infosec IQ is being used across the entire business and has be come critical in replacing our live cybersecurity training that we ended because of COVID.

  • Campaigns built around the Texas House bill we must comply with
  • Prebuilt campaigns can be modified to add or remove learning modules
  • Countless ways to customize the learning environment
  • Custom reporting could be simplified
  • I would like to see a mobile app version of some sort for users to learn on
  • Users have accepted this style of training versus the live training we were doing
  • The flexibility of taking the course when convenient allows departments to stay efficient in their daily operations

I believe it is well suited when you have to comply with legislation. We have to certify our employees each year. By sending out these links to do the training, all the reporting and certification is automated. The weekly reports and grouping of users allow me to target departments that need a little extra push to get it done.
