Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
Infosec IQ is being used as a knowledge base, key resources for training, as well as running internal phishing campaigns to check awareness levels within the organization. It is used by our information security team as a key resource and also to help them support our global training team to ensure that security awareness is disseminated across the entire organization.
- Great initial engagement getting a good understanding of the offerings
- Excellent online resources
- Very usable dashboard reporting to track engagement and progress
- One small point around PhishSim--it's difficult to track between genuine user clicks and users forwarding the mail to security to report it
- Very positive around training
- Good impact on testing phishing awareness
We evaluated this against Infosec IQ, and the main reasons for selecting Infosec IQ were that the reporting and dashboard were superior with Infosec IQ, and the training and information materials were a bonus that we couldn't ignore.
