Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

Infosec IQ is a robust system that was easy to implement and provided great metrics for management. We issued a companywide phishing simulator. We had great success with this. A lot of our users got valuable training on the dangers of phishing emails and how to recognize them. It was very simple to use and implement. Infosec IQ allowed us to easily pull metrics and view our employees progress as well as provide management with reports.

  • If there are a lot of changes to Active Directory, the system will not take them and you have to set a flag on their site and then wait until the next sync or rerun the sync manually.

Infosec IQ was very easy to implement. The level of support from Infosec is also outstanding. They are prompt to respond and helped us resolve any setup questions we had. Implementing phishing courses was a breeze. They also keep phishing email templates up to date with the current active phishing attempts you see everyday.

It was very easy to use and sent personal email links to our company email addresses. When employees clicked the link, they were taken to their training session. Those sessions were very informative and made it easy for everyone to understand. It also allowed us to pull metrics and view our employees' progress throughout the training. Managing enrolled learners is a bit slow. There are isn't a multiple-select option, so you have to go through users individually to delete.
