Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ
We use Infosec IQ across the whole organization to manage our security awareness needs. During the 2020 pandemic, all of our workforce started working from home. Because of this, we were interested in acquiring a tool to help us keep our users alert on information security and cybersecurity topics. With all the resources available with Infosec IQ, it has been really easy to send and manage monthly awareness campaigns.
- Provides a really extensive content library for any awareness needs you may have.
- Counts with dashboards and reports to help you quantify the impact of your campaigns.
- Their customer service is excellent and always ready to help.
- In our case, being in Mexico, a limit to the type of content we can use is the Spanish translation. Not all resources have this option.
- You can set dates for your monthly campaigns, but you are unable to set a time for their launch.

- Participation rate of over 95% on monthly awareness campaigns
- Increase on suspicious email reporting
We evaluated two other security awareness training platforms. At the end of the day what made us choose Infosec IQ was the unlimited access to their content library, the fact that they are listed in the Gertner magic quadrant of security awareness, how user-friendly the platform is, and the overall cost per user.

It is super user-friendly, has a lot of content resources like video modules, posters, infographics, newsletters, and assessments, so you can create whole security awareness programs and engage your learners in different communication channels throughout your organization. Their customer service is a differentiator that we really appreciate. Your assigned Client Success Manager will always be by your side to solve any issues you may be handling.
