Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We use it to run phishing campaigns against our staff. It helps gauge our level of understanding [of] active threats in the market. Our entire organization is part of these campaigns. We also use InfoSec IQ to create awareness training campaigns. Their videos are easy to follow and everyone can understand them no matter their level of technical experience. It is helping to harden our employees against the social attacks of our society.
  • Creates high quality videos for training purposes.
  • Launching reoccurring campaigns is super easy.
  • Reporting of individual training is very helpful for admins to follow and see progression.
  • Some of the menus require too many levels of downward clicking to work in.
  • The phish reporter should be added as a Gmail add-on.
  • The phish hunter is not intuitive and it is hard to get it working properly.
  • Phishing simulation
  • Training/awareness campaigns
  • Phish reporter
  • Training programs are very expensive but Infosec [IQ] already has it built into the phish sim.
  • We can phish students for free, that is 4,700 x $2.50 licenses we receive for free.
Infosec [IQ] is lightyears ahead of cofense. They did not even have training videos on their platform. The cost for cofense also went up by nearly triple for education. Creating phishing emails was a chore and some things were not possible. Infosec [IQ] has much better templates and creating emails from scratch is a ton easier.

We have some repeat offenders that get phished often by legitimate attacks. The only way for us to find these gaps is by running tests on every employee. These phishing campaigns allow us to see how vulnerable we are to phishing attacks but more importantly, it allows us to see who the most vulnerable people are. We can then provide more guided training for these employees.
