Overall Satisfaction with Infosec IQ

We used infosec IQ as part of our onboarding security awareness training. It helps us to ensure we are in compliance with the ISO 27001 certification requirement.
  • Awareness Training.
  • Security test.
  • Security Awareness overall scoring.
  • Will need to improve on SSO and SCIM to enable automation.
  • The invitation link should not be unique as the user will delete the email.
  • Security training.
  • Video related to security topic.
  • Questionnaire.
  • Allow users to conduct training at their own pace.
  • Reduce manpower needed to conduct face-to-face training.
  • Need to resend link every time if user deleted the invitation email.

It blends in well with us as we are all working from home with the reduction of face-to-face meetings. Infosec IQ allows the user to take on each security module based on their pace and it definitely reduces the man-hour required for the team to conduct training for each newcomer.
