Infosec IQ is used to provide content and administer security awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns. The product provides required training for staff as well as the need for phishing testing and training. The training is offered to all executive branch staff.
- Content is excellent and topical.
- Content is constantly updated and provided in a number of languages
- Content is engaging and module selection is flexible enough to be brief or involved.
- Learner account management could use a merge function for duplicate accounts.
- The State has seen a reduction in phishing success of 2% every year we have used the product. We are well below the national average now.

Using Infosec IQ
18200 - The executive branch agencies for the State, as well as contractors of same. Everyone from Secretaries of agencies down through line staff. Developers, managers, technicians, lawyers, doctors, nurses and everyone in between.
1 - No specialized skills are needed, really. Anyone can be trained to administer the product. It helps if they have a good knowledge of any policies or such that cover required training, or have a background in training.
- Providing required security awareness training

- We used the assessment function for training as a means of tracking affirmation of policy review and adherence.
