Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use InfoSec IQ for many purposes: - Mandatory and Essential training such as AML, KYC - Security awareness such as work from home, work during traveling, OWASP top 10 vulns, etc - Phishing campaigns: we execute quarterly campaigns which we use to increase our employee's awareness and teach them how to guard against such attacks

Can not add voice over the videos without paying extra
Improve the videos voice as it provides not good experience in some cases

Alternatives Considered

KnowBe4 PhishER, SANS Security Awareness Training and NINJIO

InfoSecIQ was selected and deployed by my colleagues before joining the team so I am not confident in answering this question. However, based on my experience while dealing with Infosec IQ, It provides good training materials with animation and good phishing campaigns. Furthermore, tracking is a good and a must feature for us.

It is good when it comes to preprepared tutorials that integrate fun with learning and when executing phishing campaigns. For example, security awareness, AML, KYC, work during travel, etc. It is less appropriate when a team want to add personal content and integrate it with the current training and when the voice is a matter of fact in the training if it can not be changed
