Overall Satisfaction with Infusionsoft

I am an author and each of my non-fiction books comes with an ecourse which augments the book. I use Infusionsoft and CustomerHub to market to prospects, handle sales and to deliver the course materials (often using a Campaign Sequence over a number of weeks). I've tried to do this with cheaper email marketing and seperate ecommerce and information delivery systems. The time spent making them work together is not worth when IS and CH integrate so seemlessy. Two years ago, I was up and running with IS in less than a month. Last month CustomerHub delivered my first sales in less than a week.
  • Tagging by level of prospect interest
  • Detailed view on customer activity
  • Automated delivery of course content
  • Bringing in revenue while I sleep or am on holiday
  • The Campaign Manager would be great to be editable on an iPad
  • UK support is pretty poor but the US makes up for it
  • The formatting on the email editor is haphazard sometimes and not quite WYSISWYG
  • More sales with less hassle
  • Better targetted emails
  • Less time spent on admin
Much better Integrated. While more expensive, the time saved more than compensates.
The support I got from Todd on Customerhub has been worth its weight in gold.
It the best if you sell info products or if you'd like a distributed CRM system.
