Overall Satisfaction with Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)

We use Infusionsoft to assist us with sales. It enables us as a small company to reach out to many of our existing prospects and clients, almost like a silent sales partner working for us in the background. This has enabled us to become more cost efficient with our sales system.

Pros

  • Sales Automation is amazing....you build a campaign and, hit a button and let it run! We have links from our enquiry pipeline to other campaigns which will lead them back into the enquiry pipeline once again, without us having too much intervention
  • The support services at Infusionsoft are what i beleive to be the best in the world that we have expereinced. Something we are trying to benchmark ourselves at Chordiem.
  • The additional applications are second to none and some are free of charge, like the link to Outlook allowing you to add all notes / emails and new clients quickly onto the CRM.

Cons

  • Infusionsoft could be overwhelming if not for the soem initial training. That initial training costs $2000, quite a hard hit in the initial purchase, but you do see the value later on.
  • Note templates can be made, but cannot be bought into campaigns, some little features like this would help speed up the building of campaigns.
  • The value entered into opportunity isn't recorded and multiplied to the account when each booking confirms, so this is somewhat worthless input for us apart from current reference.
  • We have noticed 25% increase of enquiries
  • This increase has been worked with system and 1 operator so far, so very good customer reach per staff ratio.
  • Helps us keep customers excited with offers and promotions on mass.
We looked at Sugar, Maximiser, Sage as well as Infusionsoft.

Infusionsoft stood out with its sales automation facilty. The Sales Manager (Kirk) was excellent and everything around the sale made me comfortable to give it a try! Havent looked back since.
Infusionsoft is great for the on going monitoring and reaching out to prospects and clients. It can also be used as a supplier data base, and an event management assistant.

Using Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)

Infusionsoft is the cake and the icing! The system itself is the cake and the customer service / help desk / education team is the icing. We have used Infusionsoft since March 2014. Enquiries are up by 25% and sales are up around 11%.
