InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks (ISDC) is being used by our virtual team - two units based in RTP and Salt Lake City.

This is my first interaction with such a tool or application. What I have seen in ISDC so far, I like and find valuable to manage the hundreds of accounts we have to support.
