Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks
We are using this across our whole office, and so far we just implemented it and so far there has not been a lot of problems! Just the basic getting to learn the tool, and making sure it makes sense to us! It is just a little confusing to make our old prospecting list be where it needs to be for the new prospecting list it sorts it out in.
- It is super easy to use, and it really does organize your entire day, making it easy to do and access your entire day!
- Getting ahead and staying on top of accounts!
- You get to see what time zone they are in and if the number is not in service or if it is disconnected.
- The emails could be a little easier to use.
- When you first start the tool, it is very confusing to what accounts you are currently prospecting and which ones should not be included.

My company chose this tool to use, and I am really glad they did. Although I did not have a direct impact on the decision I am very happy they made this decision which I believe to be the best for our team!
