I believe it is only being used in our Sales Department.
  • Alerts me to when I make an error.
  • Streamlines the sales data entry process.
  • Allows me to send emails that sync to my database.
  • I would like misspelled words to show up in red so I can correct them.
  • Quick updates to my database.
  • Allows me to have access to multiple email addresses.
  • Allows me to have access to multiple phone numbers.
I am impressed with what I'm learning about Playbooks, and I'm sure I will be much faster when entering data as I feel more comfortable with it.
Playbooks offers a more streamlined way of entering data into Salesforce.
Playbooks is very well suited for my position as an Inside Sales Representative. I have to keep many notes and this allows me to enter my notes more quickly.
