Playbooks has been implemented across all sales divisions at Groupon. It is addressing the issue of tracking your own cadence and allowing for a more structured way to make dials and prospect accounts.
- Playbooks automates a cadence to make calls.
- Playbooks allows you to send emails quickly with no copy and pasting.
- Playbooks will remind you when you need to be making a call
- Playbooks could have a more seemless look.
- Playbooks could sync with other applications a bit better.
- Increases rep productivity.
- Allows one to make more dials in a day.
- Increases call to close ratio
I have only us InsideSales Predictive PowerDialer which enabled quicker dialing. Playbooks has so much more to offer including automation and cadence control.
