Overall Satisfaction with InsideSales.com Predictive Playbooks

Playbooks right now, as far as I know, is used in our department but may be used in even more. It helps with logging our calls and making sure we stay on top of our tasks including calls, voicemails, and emails. It also segments each decision maker by time zone—that helps determine good/bad times to call.
  • They make our pipeline of calls easy to manage with steps and tasks.
  • They let us know what timezone a merchant is in.
  • They make it easy to click to dial.
  • It crashes almost once every two weeks it seems.
  • Sometimes our leads do not refresh or we get old leads.
  • It lags and struggles to log calls sometimes.
  • Better touches
  • Better sales.
  • Getting more calls and emails out.
It is great when it is working but it is down a lot.
None that come to mind.
Definitely appropriate for sales and warm/hot leads. Not as useful for returning clients.
