Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Insightly is being used as our core CRM tool. We manage all of our contacts, organizations, sales opportunities and many tasks with Insightly. All of our designers, sales, project managers and administrative personnel use Insightly on a daily basis. Insightly allows us to access our information from our two store locations and anywhere our personnel may travel.
  • Ability to quickly sort and share our sales opportunities is the greatest asset we believe Insightly offers our users. Also exporting these files to Excel for further refinement is a definite plus allowing us to do individual reviews on sales forecasting, etc.
  • By having all our contacts and organizations in Insightly we can access the database anywhere our sales or project managers may be. With the application on both cell phones and tablets it provides ready access to all our information. Definite strength at a very reasonable cost.
  • Tasks lists are a great tool to manage your time and responsibilities.
  • Search field on contacts and organizations doesn't always work accurately.
We have only used Insightly at our company.

Insightly Implementation

  • Positive impact for us in that it allows us to manage pipeline opportunities with a program that is very reasonably priced for a small company.
  • Ability to use templates for e-mail campaigns to prospects is a great new addition, saving us marketing dollars.
