Overall Satisfaction with Insightly
We use Insightly across our organization. It has helped streamline operations and sales with its integration with Google. The ability to create projects and track them inside the CRM has been great. The dashboard and reports in the sales module have provided transparency and the ability to more accurately forecast our sales pipeline.
- The quick-view of a project dashboard is great - lets us see immediately where a project is, who is connected to it, and all of the associated notes and documents.
- The ability to create and add tags to just about anything has been a huge resource. Now we can quickly run a search for any of the categories that we track.
- The integration with Google has been helpful in tracking customer communication within the CRM.
- It would be great to see all communication with an organization - through the people connected to it. Going to the organization's landing page and see that would be very helpful.
- It would be great to have a help desk module attached to this. We already have all of our prospects and current customers in the database, but we have to go to a 3rd party to track issue tickets.

Insightly has helped in all of these areas. Again, a good software platform is only as good as the time you put into it. Users have to commit to leveraging the system or it will not work. I believe we have been successful in doing this.
- Salesforce and zoho
Salesforce is WAY too expensive and Zoho was too antiquated in comparison to Insightly. Insightly fills the niche of the small to midsized business.
