Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

I use insightly to keep track of my prospects, leads, opportunities and sales activities. I'm the only user in my organization.
  • Opportunity tracking
  • Lead import
  • Mobile capabilities
  • Business card scanning from the mobile has never worked properly. It is easier to enter the data manually.
  • Downloading reports trough the e-mail is not convenient. Direct download would be better.
  • Creating custom reports is not very easy
  • Improved efficiency
Yes, I handle a large amount of leads, prospects and opportunities that I would not be able to handle if I didn't use Insightly
Better than Zoho, but far from all the Netsuite capabilities
