Insightly CRM used to organize clients and prospects. It is also used for client communication and service. It has been a great tool to organize info in one central and convenient place. A+
  • Organize Dates and Projects.
  • Allow updated input to notes.
  • Provide scheduled follow ups for prospects and clients.
  • Make subscribers aware innovations and new product development.
  • Coding can be clumsy sometimes.
  • Could be organized a bit better. but it is getting better.
  • Need to have notes sections that auto assign date and time of input.
