Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

Our entire company uses Insightly. It allows us to stay on task and communicate about our projects, prospects, and conversations had with over 200+ clients with each other. It allows us to manage tasks and our employees productivity. Before we used insightly we had a difficult time knowing who was doing what with whom. Less headaches all around.

I LOVE Insightly. I just wish the app was more user friendly on the go. Overall, Insightly is our go to CRM and is the #1 tool I recommend to small business owners.

Using Insightly

4 - It is our CRM, Sales Tool, and Task Manager system.
4 - Detail oriented, systems focused individuals. The training is the easy part, the data entry portion requires management.
  • Tracking project status.
  • Keeping in touch with clients.
  • Alerting our database of updates in real time.
  • Tracking prospects and referrals.
  • Sending out mass alerts for software or system updates.
  • Pitching the same project to a large base.
  • Sales team management
We are looking into some more robust features, but so far always come back to Insightly.

It is a little limited in the project management area.
Yes - we have customized the interface extensively - My admin did it.

Insightly Support

We have other software with much better support. I think the support team and sales team are not as on top of things as they could be. However, we rarely need support. Their webinars are great.

Yes - It is less intuitive than the desktop version. I wish it would integrate better with voice.
