Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We use Insightly as a way to manage client activity from sales through to active account management. Primarily we use it as a project/task management tool. It starts with Business Development but it is mostly used by account managers to help manage their workflow and keep track of tasks. Management also uses it as a way to keep on top of the multiple client programmes.
  • Task view across all projects
  • Google like look and feel
  • Integration with Gmail and Outlook
  • Can be fiddly to navigate
  • Customer support requests are not dealt with quickly
  • Fields are not as customizable as they could be
  • Streamlined business processes
To a certain degree as we have standard names for tasks and standard way to record what is being done. All account managers use it to manage tasks and we also have a pool of data to analyze our overall activities
It is not a task management tool. It may be better for CRM but I have not used it in this way.

I have to wait days for each response (to be fair only had one issue so far).
