Overall Satisfaction with Insightly

We are using this in just our department to keep track of our caloric counts for our dietetic interns to make sure our meals that are going out to patients are within the standards they are supposed to be up to. This helps us have an organized area to report to and keep everything together.
  • Organization
  • Statistical analysis of the caloric count is accurate and easily readable for the interns
  • Many of our doctors are able to use the system with ease and not much training if they just need to peek into a chart quickly
  • Maybe some more room for notes to be added
  • More room for contact information such as social media, as this is where many of our patients can reach us and we would like their information as well
  • More content in the reporting system in regards to foods eaten throughout the week
We have achieved many of the outcomes we hoped we would with this program which were to see where the calories were lacking in our menu planning and having the interns correct this for the correct diets of our patients so they are receiving the best care possible and so they can go home in a timely manner.
This is the only product we have used and I think it would stack up against alternatives very well. I believe we will use this for years to come and we will not be switching out of this product because of how easy it is to use and the price point is good as well.
We use this on a daily basis so there are not specific scenarios where this is best or worst suited. This makes our daily work much easier and makes everyone able to access the same information from many different sites which is efficient and easy for those who sometimes need to work at home.
